Ty Chandler Named Finalist for Mr. Football Award

Earlier today, Ty Chandler was named one of two finalists for the Tennessee Titans Mr. Football Award for backs in Division II-AA. Earlier in the month, Chandler had been recognized as one of four semifinalist. The other finalist is Austin Lee, a running back form Christian Brothers, MBA's semifinal opponent on Friday.

For the regular season, Chandler averaged over 177 yards rushing per game, over 50 more yards than the second place back. He also led the league with 23 rushing touchdowns and 27 total touchdowns. He is currently five rushing yards short of 2,000 for the season
