  • Complete an Application

    You may begin the application process by completing our on-line application. Completing the on-line application is the best way to ensure that your son’s application is up-to-date and accurate. Once you have completed all of the tabs and have paid the $50 application fee, you may submit your application. Alternatively, a paper application may be downloaded and submitted for admission, but we strongly encourage families to apply on-line. 

    All applications must be submitted by January 15, 2018. 
  • Schedule a Visit

    A private parent tour may be arranged by contacting the Admission Office at (615) 369-5311 or via e-mail at admission@montgomerybell.edu

    Student visits are scheduled once your family has submitted an inquiry form. During his visit your son will have the opportunity to sit in our classes, meet our teachers, and enjoy all that MBA has to offer. Please contact the admissions office to schedule your son's visit.
  • Schedule to take the ISEE Test

    The Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE) is a requirement for admission. The exam is offered in December, January, and early February at various schools in the Nashville area. 

    Applicants may register on-line directly through the Educational Records Bureau-ISEE organization. 
  • Submit Supporting Documents

    In addition to the admissions application, MBA also requires several documents from your son's school and teachers. We suggest that you submit your transcript request form in December or January, so that the form is returned to MBA by the February 1, 2018 deadline. Additionally, we request that your son's current English and math teachers submit recommendations on his behalf. Please download the documents below:

  • Schedule Interview

    A personal interview is required of all applicants. Interviews may be scheduled by contacting the school only after an application is submitted. All applicants are asked to schedule an interview for Saturday, February 10, 2018, by calling the Admission Office at (615) 369-5311 after the Winter Break.
