Penn Murfee Drafted by Seattle Mariners
Former MBA and Santa Clara University baseball player Penn Murfee was selected today in the 2018 MLB Baseball Draft. Murfee, a right-handed pitcher was selected in the 33rd round by the Seattle Mariners.
Penn led the Big Red to a runner-up finish in 2013 before attending Vanderbilt University. After graduating with a year of eligibility left, Penn played his senior season at Santa Clara.
