MBA Theater to Perform Antigone
The MBA Theater department will perform Sophocles' Antigone in the Paschall Theater November 15-18.
In this classic drama, the daughter of Oedipus and Jocasta pits her beliefs against the King of Thebes in a bloody test of wills that leaves few unharmed. Emotions fly as she challenges the king for the right to bury her own brother. Determined but doomed, Antigone demonstrates her inner strength throughout this new translation to be directed by Malcolm Morrison in the fall. This production will incorporate devised movement and music as an integral part of the drama.

November 17 at 7:00 p.m.
