MBA Loses to McCallie in Team State Championship

MBA competed hard but lost to McCallie in the team state championship on Wednesday morning. Baylor Sai and Hugh Graham won their 1-doubles match 8-2 but MBA lost at 2-doubles and 3-doubles and as a result McCallie won the doubles point and MBA started singles down 1-0. Baylor Sai evened up the match at 1-1 with a great 6-2, 6-2 victory at 1-singles, but McCallie's depth proved too much for MBA as they got victories at 4-singles, 5-singles, and 6-singles to secure the victory. Despite the loss, it was a successful season for MBA and the team hopes to have good results on Thursday and Friday at the individual state tournament with two singles players (Baylor Sai and Richard Cummins) and two doubles teams (Hugh Graham+Anson Anderson and Sims Lance+Michael Nelson) competing.
