MBA bowlers defeated by Franklin Road Academy
The MBA varsity bowlers lost a tough road match to Franklin Road Academy tonight. After initially struggling to adjust to the lanes during the first round, the Big Red Bowlers fought hard and matched FRA blow for blow, but the damage had been done, and our boys lost 11.5 to 15.5. In a match where both teams totalled over 2400 pins, 13 pins across three matches was all that separated MBA from victory. Full credit to FRA. After years where they have struggled to field a full team, they have made great strides and bowled superbly. Really proud of our boys even in a difficult game like tonight. We'll get a chance for redemption with two more games next week.
