Model UN Team Excels at Competition

MBA participated in Model UN this weekend with MBA students representing 5 of the total 112 countries. Only 61 resolutions passed to second committee, and four of them were written by MBA students. Only 10 total resolutions passed through the General Assembly, and two of them were resolutions written by MBA students. 
 
Congratulations to the delegation of Colin Smith, Luke Morad, Patrick Pergrande, and Bennett MacCurdy from the Central African Republic and to the delegation of Jason Zhu, Wyatt Bettis, Will Coulthard, and Joseph Moore from Mauritania for proposing and defending such effective resolutions. 
 
Jason Zhu and Patrick Pergande were named Outstanding Delegates. Noah Perry was invited to participate in the Model UN Summit, and his resolution passed as well. Tuneer Ghosh was honored as he was chosen again this year to serve in a leadership position in the Secretariat.
