Yoga teaches us to balance strength and flexibility. MBA’s Power Vinyasa class is for everyone - people of all ages, ability, and skill. Each class is designed so that beginners and advanced students all receive maximum benefit in a whole body workout for improved flexibility and everyday function.
Beginning November 4th and running through the end of classes, MBA will offer a Community Yoga class on weekday mornings for anyone and everyone who may be interested. The class meets from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM in the small gym on campus. To sign up, fill out and return both the registration form and the release waiver, found through the two links on this page. The cost is $45/month, or $5/class to drop in a try it.
Again, this class is open to anyone: current students, neighbors from the surrounding community, parents of students at other schools, alumni of any and all Nashville area high schools... we welcome all abilities and ages.
