MathCounts Team Wins State Championship

The MBA MathCounts team captured the state championship with an impressive performance over the weekend. MBA 7th grader Baylor Sai was the overall winner with 8th graders Sam DeCoster, Nikhil Peterson, and Julian Habermann finishing 2nd, 6th and 7th respectively. Both Baylor and Sam qualified for the national competition in Boston in May. In the Countdown Round competition, Habermann placed 2nd overall.
