Chief Advancement Officer

Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA) seeks an experienced and mission-aligned fundraising professional to serve as the school’s next Chief Advancement Officer (CAO), beginnning July 1, 2026.  The appointee will provide clear and creative vision, inspirational leadership, and strategic direction for all aspects of MBA’s advancement program. Director of Enrollment Management

Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Enrollment Management to join our leadership team beginning July 1, 2026. As the first point of connection for many families, the Director of Enrollment Management plays a vital role in shaping our community by attracting, enrolling, and supporting a diverse and mission-aligned student body. This individual will lead MBA’s admissions and financial aid efforts with vision, integrity, and a commitment to the school’s mission of developing Gentlemen, Scholars, and Athletes who lead lives of honor, purpose, and impact. Located in the heart of Nashville, MBA offers young men an exceptional college preparatory education rooted in tradition and enriched by innovation. The Director of Enrollment Management will help ensure that MBA continues to be a place where boys are known, challenged, and inspired to grow in confidence, character, and curiosity. Director of Advancement Services

Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA) seeks a full-time Director of Advancement Services. The Director of Advancement Services is responsible for overall fundraising-data management and support for fundraising efforts in the Alumni & Development Office. The position ensures the highest level of data quality. The Director of Advancement Services must have a demonstrated record of meeting deadlines, collaborating effectively on a team, and thriving in a fast paced environment that prioritizes constituent engagement and stewardship. Major Gifts Officer

Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA) is seeking a Major Gifts Officer to join its Advancement team. The Major Gifts Officer will play an essential role in growing philanthropy at MBA. MBA seeks a proven fundraiser who can both work independently to achieve ambitious goals and collaborate effectively with the Advancement team to ensure success across all areas of development. A full description and application information is available HERE.
