Flag Football League

2026 Inaugural Winter Season

MBA’s Flag Football League gives boys across Middle Tennessee a safe and supportive environment to learn the game, compete, and grow. Our program emphasizes fitness, teamwork, communication, and leadership while providing a fun, non-contact alternative to tackle football. Whether your son is a first-time player or already experienced, he’ll build confidence, learn fundamentals, and develop a love for the game.

All teams are coached by an MBA Football player. Players are assigned to teams via random assignment (requests not guaranteed).
 

Eligible Participants
  • Boys in Kindergarten - 8th Grade
Season Dates
  • January 11, 18, 25
  • February 1, 8, 22 (no games February 15 - Presidents Day weekend)
  • Playoffs & Championships: Sunday, March 1
Practices & Games
  • 50-minute practice on Sundays before scheduled games (at MBA)
  • Games played on Sundays immediately following practice (at MBA)
Player Fee
  • $225 (Fees include jersey, flags, practice time, games, and equipment)
Refund Policy
  • Refunds available before registration closes
  • No refunds once registration is closed
