Mentorship That Matters
The Advisory Program is a cornerstone of student support—designed to ensure that every boy has a trusted adult who knows him well and helps him navigate his MBA journey.
Each student is paired with a faculty advisor who brings a deep understanding of the school’s academic program and culture. Advisors serve as mentors, sounding boards, and guides—helping students make thoughtful decisions about their academics, relationships, and responsibilities.
What Advising Looks Like at MBA:
- Daily Check-Ins: Students report to their advisory group each morning—creating consistent, personal contact that fosters strong relationships.
- Academic Guidance: Advisors provide ongoing support with course selection, scheduling, and study strategies, and are a first point of contact for academic concerns.
- Parent Communication: Advisors are available to parents and guardians—offering insights, updates, and suggestions for student success and well-being.
- Life Skills & Leadership: Beyond academics, advisors support students in developing integrity, confidence, and resilience—encouraging thoughtful reflection on character, community, and personal growth.
