How to Apply
Applying to MBA is a straightforward process designed to help us get to know your son and family. Begin by completing an online inquiry to set up an account in our admissions portal, where you can schedule a campus tour, register for events and tests, and submit supporting documents. We look forward to guiding you through this journey!

Step 1. Submit an Inquiry 1 .Filling out an inquiry form is the first step in our application process. By submitting the form, you allow MBA to connect with your family, share details about applying to MBA, and ensures you receive personalized guidance throughout the process. |
Step 2. Submit Application & Required Documents In Dec. 2025, you’ll submit all required documents from your current school, including transcripts, recommendations, and school reports. The official application can be submitted anytime before Jan. 15.

Step 3. Submit Admission & Financial Aid Applications Submit both your admission application and financial aid application by Jan. 1, 2026. This deadline ensures that your student is considered for admission and that your family is included in the financial aid review process. |
Step 4. Register for ISEE Be sure to register for the ISEE entrance exam. MBA will host an on-campus testing date on Jan. 31, 2026, for families who wish to test here. |
Step 5. Submit Supplemental Materials & Schedule Interview Submit all supplemental application materials by Feb. 1, 2026, and schedule your student’s admissions interview for Feb. 7, 2026, to complete the application process. |

Admission Decisions and Replies
- Admission decisions will be sent to families via email on Feb. 28, 2026
- Replies are due to MBA by March 4, 2026

Transportation
MBA offers two morning shuttle routes for families of MBA, St. Cecilia, Overbrook, Akiva, and Harpeth Hall in Davidson and Williamson counties: LaVergne–Antioch–Brentwood and Franklin/Hillsboro Rd (with a shuttle to Akiva). Buses run every school morning—including exam weeks—and keep regular times on Fridays and late-start days; any weather-related changes will be shared via text alert and the MBA website.
