Keep the energy up during summer break with MBA’s Summer Sports Camps! Designed for boys and girls in elementary and middle school, these programs give young athletes the chance to sharpen their skills, stay active, and have fun in a supportive, high-energy environment.

1st and All-Sports camps
| All-Sports Camp (Rising Grades 1-6 Boys) |

MBA’s most popular camp for decades, the All-Sports Camp is staffed by MBA teachers, coaches, and students. Campers spend the day playing a wide range of sports while exploring MBA’s campus and building connections with our community. Sports include baseball, basketball, football, soccer, dodgeball, wrestling, indoor hockey, kickball, gaga ball, and more. This camp offers a true taste of the Big Red spirit. |
| 1st Camp (Rising Pre-K-K Boys) |

Campers must be 5 by Dec. 31, 2026
MBA is home to the Original All-Sports Camp, and 1st Camp offers a modified version designed especially for rising pre-K and kindergarten boys. Campers enjoy age-appropriate instruction and the chance to play a variety of sports with peers their own age. Modeled after our flagship All-Sports Camp, this half-day program does not include lunch. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. |

Specialty Camps
| Baseball (Rising Grades 1-6 Boys) |

Learn offensive and defensive fundamentals in a team-focused environment led by former MBA, USC, and Major League player Andrew Triggs. Campers will practice hitting, pitching, and fielding while also learning the value of teamwork and sportsmanship. |
| Basketball (Rising Grades 2-7 Boys) |
MBA’s basketball camps operate under the mantra “Fundamentals and Fun.” Led by MBA coaches Kevin Anglin (former Vanderbilt standout) and Ronnie McMahan (2nd all-time leading scorer at Vanderbilt), campers receive instruction in offensive and defensive fundamentals while playing two games daily and participating in skill contests. |
| Basketball Shooting Camp (Rising Grades 5-12 Boys) |
Focused instruction on shooting form, drills, and competitions. Campers receive personalized coaching and use the NOAH shooting machine, which records each shot and provides feedback for improvement. |
| Cheerleading (Ages 4-10 Girls) |
Learn cheers, chants, jumps, dances, and stunts with the Big Red Cheerleaders. Campers are grouped by age and skill level to ensure a fun, personalized experience. The week concludes with a pep rally for friends and family on Friday at 11:30 a.m. |
| Dodgeball (Rising Grades 2-6 Boys & Girls) |
Fast-paced and high-energy, this camp introduces multiple dodgeball formats including elimination, medic, and tournament play. |
| Football (Rising Grades 2-8 Boys) |
Led by MBA varsity staff, these non-contact camps develop position-specific techniques in a fun, competitive atmosphere.

| Lacrosse (Rising Grades 2-6 Boys) |
MBA’s Lacrosse Camp develops stick and team skills through age- and experience-based groupings. Instruction progresses from fundamental stick work to advanced team concepts, with guidance from experienced MBA coaches and players. |
| Lacrosse Dodge & Shoot (Rising Grades 6-11 Boys) |
Designed for attackmen and midfielders, this camp refines dodging and shooting techniques through progressive drills and competitive play. |
| Rifle - Beginner (Ages 10-15 Boys & Girls) |
Safety-first instruction introduces Olympic-style shooting positions, match rules, and etiquette. Campers use competition BB guns, and the week concludes with a Friday match and awards. Space is limited to 22 participants. |
| Rowing (Rising Grades 5-8 Boys & Girls) |
Campers learn the fundamentals of rowing on the Cumberland River with MBA varsity coaches. Instruction balances on-water practice (weather permitting) with indoor training. Transportation is provided daily from MBA to the Commodore Yacht Club. |
| Soccer (Rising Grades 1-7 Boys & Girls) |
Led by MBA Head Coach Giles Cheevers, Soccer Camp builds technical skills, spatial awareness, and game knowledge through small-sided play in a fun, supportive environment. |
| Soccer Kiddie (Rising Grades K-3 Boys & Girls) |
Campers learn soccer fundamentals in a playful, age-appropriate setting with Coach Giles Cheevers, former professional player and coach in Ireland’s Premier Division. |
| Speed & Explosiveness (Rising Grades 5-12 Boys & Girls) |
Former Tennessee Titan Chris Sanders teaches techniques to improve running form, 40-yard dash times, and overall explosiveness. |
| Squash (Rising Grades 3-7 Boys & Girls) |
Campers learn the fundamentals of squash with MBA Varsity Coach Cunningham (former Top-100 world player). Instruction covers technique, movement, and match play. Equipment provided. |
| Tennis (Rising Grades 1-7 Boys & Girls) |
Beginning and intermediate players improve skills through instruction and games with MBA coaches and varsity players. Daily sessions cover fundamentals followed by fun games such as volleyball tennis and King of the Court. |
| Wrestling (Rising Grades 1-7 Boys) |
For both novice and experienced wrestlers, this camp develops techniques in takedowns, pinning combinations, escapes, and reversals. Campers also enjoy games that reinforce fundamentals in a fun, competitive environment. |
| Specialty Camp AfterCare (Rising Grades K-7 Boys & Girls) |

Our Specialty Camp AfterCare program provides a fun, safe environment for campers to wrap up their day with games, movies, and activities. Snacks are included.

For campers whose afternoon camp ends at 2:00 p.m., AfterCare runs from 2–5 p.m. For those finishing at 4:00 p.m., prorated AfterCare is available from 4–5 p.m.
