Ty Chandler Selected to U.S. Army All-American Bowl
Senior running back Ty Chandler was honored in a ceremony today as one of only 100 high school players selected nationally for the 2017 U.S. Army All-American Bowl. The event is the nation's premier high school All-American game and will be played January 7, 2017 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
At the ceremony, Chandler was awarded with a jersey and his parents were given an award. Head football coach Marty Euverard was also presented with an award and invited to attend the game.
This season, Chandler has rushed for 1,726 yards and 31 touchdowns.
The U.S. Army All-American Game will be televised on NBC.
