Recognition of academic excellence pouring in for MBA senior class
Recognition of academic excellence for MBA’s senior class continues to pour in. Following the announcement that 14 members of the Class of 2026 were named Semifinalists in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Competition, 16 additional students have now been recognized as Commended Students.
Commended Students are honored “for their exceptional academic promise demonstrated by their outstanding performance on the qualifying test used for program entry.” Students entered the National Merit Scholarship Program by taking the 2024 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test last October. The 50,000 highest scorers nationwide are recognized—16,000 as Semifinalists and the remainder as Commended Students.
