Math Students Excel In State Math Contest

The 2023 Tennessee State Math Contest was held in April, however, final results were just recently released. MBA had unprecedented success this year, resulting in 8 first place finishes and 12 top ten finishes, in this statewide competition. Of note, only two other schools had even two first place finishers, while two other schools had just one first place finisher.

Listed below are the MBA students who finished in the top ten in the state, across the six different math topics. Congratulations to these students and to their math teachers/coaches, Mr. Mike Davidson and Mrs. JoAnn Welch.
