MBA pulls out tough victory versus Ryan

The Big Red JV team survived an onslaught of three pointers to win against Ryan 46-45.  Ryan jumped out to a ten point lead and lead 30 - 17 by halftime.  In the third quarter MBA used a 13 point offensive spurt to close the gap to 37-30.  Elliott Morrissey and James Sharp both had big fourth quarters to help the team close to within one point with less than a minute to go.  After a Ryan turnover, MBA got the ball back with 12 seconds left in the game and went inside for the final basket by Alex Bars.  Elliott Morrissey led the team in scoring 15, followed by Alex Bars with 10.  James Sharp had 8 points with Vinny Gaglione also scoring 5 points.  The big red plays JP 2 on Friday night.
