MBA traveled to BGA to play their final game of the regular season. On a freezing afternoon, it was clear even in warm-ups that the boys had come to play. As the game opened, BGA's goalie played extremely well keeping our attack at bay. But then Luke Bernatavitz opened the scoring with a rocket from 18 yards out, and then Henry Hylbert buried a shot in the upper corner to really get the game going. The team was led in the back by Nikhil Peterson and Will Crawford who started every attack with their crisp passing. As well, the entire midfield played to their potential as they worked combination play all over the field. For the game, Luke Bernatavitz had a hat trick and an assist, Henry Hylbert had a goal and an assist, and Cole Crider and Will Sullivan finished the scoring. The team heads into the playoffs playing their best soccer of the year.
