JV Trumps Lions with Late Rally!

The JV baseball team after a quick start roared loudly in the end to defeat CPA by a score of 12-5.  Starting pitcher Eric Vasilevskis gave up two runs in the 1st, but Johnny Mishu backed him up with a 3-run homer later that inning.  Wade Nelson came to the hill next and got several CPA batsmen to ground out.  After CPA took a lead in the 6th inning, The Big Red poured on the heat by scoring 9 runs on 8 hits!  Michael Nunan and Wilson Nealy contributed to the onslaught with 2 RBI each.  Chris Vincent's clutch suicide squeeze scored both Tom Corcoran and Spencer Wise!   The squad will suit up next against the Bears of Antioch High.
