Solid Phoenix Trip

The Varsity Baseball Team had a productive trip to Phoenix, Arizona to compete in the Eagle Invitational Tournament over Spring Break. The Big Red dropped the first game against Boulder Creek High School 9-3. Spencer Wise was 2-4 in the loss. MBA lost to their next opponent, O'Connor High School, in a tough fought battle 10-5. In game three, the Big Red defeated Deer Valley High School behind a strong complete game pitching performance by Todd Miller. Frank Adelman and Wilson Nealy each had 2 hits in the victory. The Big Red lost game four to Sand Springs High School 4-3, but bounced back against Verdigris High School 6-2. Morgan Gregory and Jon Eisen each had 2 hits in the win against Verdigris.
