Big Red Romps Knights

MBA finished its regular season in triumphant fashion with a 35-0 victory over Pope John Paul II.  The game began with a back-and-forth defensive match until Jhamall Wright opened up the scoring with a 74 yard touchdown run.  MBA took a 7-0 lead into halftime.  MBA received the third quarter kickoff and methodically marched down the field with a six minute scoring drive.  Aaron Simonis added another score with a quarterback sweep and William Reames punched one in midway through the fourth quarter.  The most electifying play of the night occurred in the last minute of the game.  JPII threatened to score when Grey Reames intercepted the pass in the endzone.  He then scampered every which way for a school record 104 yard return for a touchdown!
