BA Defeats MBA in Overbrook Classic Semifinals

The Big Red suffered its first loss of the season on Friday against Brentwood Academy. MBA was able to break through the full court pressure but was unable to stop BA's sharpshooters who hit six threes in the first half on the way to putting up an impressive 73 points in the contest. The only two scorers in double digits for MBA were Jack King and Gray Adelman, both of whom were perfect from the charity stripe and put up 13 and 10 points respectively. In addition, Chapman Malone contributed 6 of his 8 points in the fourth quarter as the third highest scorer for the Big Red. The team will have a week off from games during exam period before playing Rockvale and Oakland after semester exams.
