MBA survives three point shootout with Hillsboro

It was raining three pointers on Saturday afternoon and once the smoke cleared, MBA emerged victorious 59-56.  With both teams shooting at least 50 percent from deep, MBA's inside presence helped make up the difference for the win.  The JV team was led in scoring by Charlie Hawkins with 11 points (3 threes), followed by Elliot Morrissey with 10 points (1 three).  Solid contributions also came from Tony Drew (7 points), Alex Bars (6 points), James Sharp (7 points), Murphy Smiley and Tony Birdsong (5 points each).  The Big Red will face BGA on friday night.
