MBA placed 4th in the A division of the Rotary Tournament this weekend with 11.5 points behind St. X (22 points), Mountain Brook (14.5 points) and Baylor (14 points) and ahead of McCallie (7 points), McCracken (4 points), Knox Webb (3.5 points) and Spain Park (0 points). MBA had its best day of the year thus far on Friday with five of six players winning their first round matches and every participating player contributing to the team's point total. Saturday was highlighted by George Harwell's winning the 1 seed tournament with a 6-4, 7-6(1) win over Mountain Brook's Peter Hartman in the championship. MBA gets one day of recovery before playing University School of Nashville at home Monday and will then prepare to host seven schools which will be coming to MBA to compete in the 2016 Carter Invitational next weekend.
