Big Red Bowlers Upset DCA!

After losing the Father Ryan yesterday, a determined (if undermanned) MBA took on a strong DCA squad this afternoon. In the first round, MBA won half the matches, but lost team pinfall by 15 (910-925), putting us down 3-5. In round two, the Big Red Bowlers again won half the games, lost team pinfall by a mere 2 pins (1010-1012), leaving the score as MBA 6, DCA 10. As the teams began a tense final round of matches, our boys seemed confident and believed they could win, and that confidence was well-founded. The Big Red Bowlers held their nerve, and beat DCA. Final score: MBA 15, DCA 12. It was a great effort from the team, and I was proud of their fight, attitude, and support of one another.
