Regular Season Opener

The MBA 8th gr. basketball team opened the season with a win over Franklin Road Academy. Alex Kohls led the squad in scoring with 15 points along with Jack Beckner and Conry Miler adding 9 points each. MBA displayed a swarming defense and a balanced attack on offense. The Big Red squad found itself down by five at the half but the second half was a different story. MBA took the lead in the third quarter and went on to win 44-32. The scoring was rounded out with Chris Norman adding 4pts., Will Narramore with 5pts. and Jamie Bradshaw chipping in 2 pts.
