MBA Rolls On

The 8th gr. basketball team continues to improve with Coach Gary Waller at the helm. Our squad came out blazing in the first half putting up 29 points by the intermission. During the second half MBA continued the offensive surge while playing a smothering defense that held Ensworth to 4 points during the third quarter. The final score at the buzzer was MBA 44 and Ensworth 31. The Big Red is now 6-3 overall and 1-0 in district play. Alex Kohls once again led the team in scoring with 19 points. Jack Beckner added 5 points and 5 assists from his point guard position, and Barton Davies added a spark in the 2nd quarter scoring 4pts. and adding 2 steals. Will Narromore also came in during the 2nd quarter and played tenacious defense while scoring 3 pts.
