MBA Captures First D2 Track Region in 6 Years!

On the back of E. J. Visang who scored 40 of the 198 winning points. MBA won the its first region title since 2002 by 2 points over Brentwood Academy.  E.J. placed first in the triple jump, second in the decathlon, 110 highs, 300 ims, and third in the long jump while qualifying for the TSSAA State Track Meet in all of these events.  After building a 45 point lead from the field events, decathlon, and 3200, MBA held on in the running events.  MBA finished third in the last event, 1600 meter relay, to seal the victory by two points.
