MBA captured it first Metro Freshman Track Championship since 2006 and the 20th time that MBA has won this championship in the 48 year history of the meet. Bryan Olson set the 110 high hurdles freshman school record with a time of 15.77 breaking the old record of 15.84 set in 2004. The 4X100 relay team of Jack Beckner, Jhamall Wright, Jarrett Love, and William Reames set a new record of 45.82 breaking the old record of 46.60 set in 2008. The 4X200 relay team of William Reames, Ryland Close, Jack Beckner, and Ford Saunders set a new record of 1:38.69 breaking the old record of 1:38.86 set in 2003. MBA scored 99 point based on depth and quality performances. The only running event winner was Daniel Mace who won the 800 with at time of 2:11.39. Key running event performances were turned in by Bryan Oslin, Jarrett Love, and Jhamall Wright as each scored in two running events.
