MBA JV comes up short at FRA

The big red started their season with a tough loss at FRA on tuesday night.  Despite gaining a 9 point lead in the middle of the third quarter, the big red could not stop the FRA rally and finished with a one point loss.  After both teams traded baskets throughout four quarters, FRA claimed the lead with less than a minute to go.  MBA had several chances to tie the game and ultimately finished one point shy of a tie.  The big red will face CBHS next saturday at 1pm.  Elliott Morrissey led all scores with 14, while James Sharp followed with 12.  Other members also chipped in with various amounts but those were the only two double figure scorers.
