Big Red Shooters Set Team Records In TNSCTP State Championship
The Big Red did very well in the 2015 TNSCTP State Championship on Friday and Saturday. On Friday, JV shooters Joseph Hatcher and Bo Osgood competed in a mixed squad. Joseph (83) was one shot off of his best score of the year, while Bo (65) shot a personal best! On Saturday, squad V1 produced the top five scores for the team and set a new team high score of 453 (Brodie Poe - 95, Mark Floyd - 92, Jack Benson - 86, Duncan McGinn - 92, and Aubrey Greene - 88). Brodie's 95 is the new individual high score for the team, and Jack Benson became the first Big Red shooter to turn in a perfect round in a state championship. Squad V2 had to deal with rain for half of their round and shot a 370 (Devon O'Donnell - 76, Tanner Noonan - 83, Roberston Fowler - 76, Nick Sartain - 67, and Magnus Campos - 68). This ends a very successful season for the Big Red. Thanks to all of you who have supported the team this spring! We look forward to another great run next year. Roll Red!
