Ty Chandler ('17) Makes Vikings 53-Man Roster

Former MBA running back Ty Chandler ('17) made the Minnesota Vikings 53-man roster after a strong preseason. Chandler was drafted out of UNC in the 5th round this year and averaged 7.5 yards per carry in the preseason. He also added a 56 yard kickoff return in his first game. Chandler was one of four running backs to make the team.
  
In his career at MBA, Chandler was named a high school All-American after rushing for over 7,000 yards in his career and over 100 total touchdowns. He was named Mr. Football in the state of Tennessee after his junior and senior seasons.
