Stressed? Tired? Need a break? If so, read on . . . Parenting is an Endurance Sport and we at MBA have valuable resources--fabulous workout facilities and knowledgeable fitness trainers.
Would you be interested in participating in a parent workout program which might include yoga, weight training, and/or fitness classes on the MBA campus? If so, please email Nina Thomas.
Under consideration are classes to be held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30am-10:30am. Right now, we are taking a preliminary poll to gauge interest, so the details about instructors and fees are TBA.
