Artist Mike Martino Visits Classes

Printmaker, Mike Martino is visiting the MBA Art classes today. Junior School art students will see Mr. Martino demonstrate how to create mono-prints. Art I, Art III, and AP Art classes will view demonstrations on creating mono-prints and how to work with linoleum prints and silkscreens to enhance their images. Mr. Martino showed his work at MBA's ENDADA Festival last year and did demonstrations of the processes he uses. Mr. Martino owns Blue Fig Editions Studio and Printmaking which is a printmaking workshop that collaborates with artists to produce limited edition of original silkscreens, etchings, lithographs, woodcuts, and collographs.
