MBA is very excited to welcome the 21st annual conference of the International Boys’ Schools Coalition to campus this week and next (June 28 – July 2). There will be more than 550 international delegates on campus, and we are pleased to open up our facilities to this terrific conference, entitled “Building Boys into Good Men.”
Some of the highlights of the conference include keynote sessions from the Boys Hope/Girls Hope Project, Jon Meacham, Alice Randall, Amy-Jill Levine, and Amy Grant. Undergirding the entire program will be music from featured artists like Mike Reid, Tom Douglas, Rivers Rutherford, Julia Sinclair, A Boy Named Banjo, Dead King Cotton, Love and Theft, American Young, and MBA’s own vocal and instrumental groups. Opening the conference will be a special video presentation of boys’ choirs from around the globe singing the song “Homeland.” The opening will conclude with a live performance of the song by MBA’s combined choirs.
