MBA takes first place in inaugural HVAC championship meet

MBA’s microbe swim team dominated the pool once again Saturday the 18^th,  taking 1^st place in the inaugural HVAC championship at the Ensworth natatorium. Ford Ray swept each of his events, taking 1^st place in the both the 50 and 100 yard freestyle categories, while the team of Ford, Larry Hayes, Miller Freeman, and Ruff Maddox won both the 200 yard Medley Relay and 200 Yard Free Relay. Will Nahley once again took first place in diving, and Larry Hayes earned medals for 3^rd place in the 50 free and 2^nd in the 100 yard backstroke. Miller Freeman also snagged 3^rd place for the 100 yard breastroke, and the team of Colin Snell, Ben Elasy, Jake Johnston, and Will Nahley made 2^nd place in the 400 Yard Freestyle relay. This was an altogether phenomenal showing for the MBA swimmers.  We look forward to more great swimming at the championship meet February 1^st.
