  The MBA Flag Football League offers kids across Middle Tennessee and beyond a safe, local, and supportive environment to learn the game and compete at various skill levels.
  
  

  Our league emphasizes physical fitness, teamwork, and effective communication, while helping players build confidence and develop leadership skills both on and off the field.
  
  

  As an inclusive, non-contact sport, flag football is accessible to children of all ages and abilities. It serves as a safer alternative to tackle football, yet still teaches the core fundamentals of the game — from strategy and coordination to sportsmanship and discipline.  
  
  

  Whether your child is a first-time player or a seasoned athlete, MBA Flag Football provides the foundation for growth, fun, and a lifelong love of the game.

  SEASON DETAILS
  

  • Who - MBA's Flag Football is for Boys in Kindergarten - 8th grade.  For kids in pre-K, you are welcomed to register and play with the Kindergarten division
  • Where - All games will be at MBA. This is an OUTDOOR league. Practices may be indoors but all games will be outside. 
  • Dates - January 11th - February 22nd with no games on Presidents Day weekend
  • Playoffs & Championship Games - Sunday, March 1st
  • Practices - All practices will take plact at Montgomery Bell Academy.  Each team will have a 50 minute practice on Sundays prior to their scheduled game. Practices will start at 8am and run back to back througout the day until all teams are accounted for. WE DO NOT HAVE A SCHEDULE CREATED YET. WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT SPECIFIC TIME EACH TEAM OR GRADE WILL PRACTICE OR PLAY YET. THE SCHEDULE WILL NOT BE MADE UNTIL REGISTRATION CLOSES
  • Games -  All games will be played on Sundays immediately following your practice at Montgomery Bell Academy
  • Season fee - $225, fees include jerseys, use of flags, practice time, games, and other game day equipmement 
  • Registration - Individual player registrations ONLY.  Team or player requests are accepted but NOT guaranteed
  • Coaches & Team Assignment - Each team will be coached and trained by an MBA Football Player. Each player will be assigned to a team via a random assignment.  Team or player requests are accepted but NOT guaranteed

  REFUND POLICY: You may cancel or request a refund until registration closes.  After registration closes no refunds will be provided.
