Big Red Tames Mustangs!

The Microbe Baseball A Squad rode a big first inning and strong pitching to a six innning victory over Lipscomb Academy.  Miller Freemen pitched four shutout innings with four strikeouts.  MBA scored six runs in the bottom of the first which shook the Mustangs.  MBA had plenty of chances to score more, but stranded many runners on base.  Patrick Butner came in and pitched two solid innnings to close out the game.  The final out of the game was a dramatic relay to home from Jack Heflin to Palmer Thombs to Grant Ellison.
