Big Red Avenges Earlier Loss

The Microbe Baseball A Team dominated BGA from start to finish in the first round of the HVAC tournament.  The Big Red bats exploded in the first inning by scoring 6 runs on 7 hits.  Miller Freeman cruised early on the mound and Jack Heflin finished up.  BGA threaten in the 4th inning with a big rally of their own, but MBA slammed the door with a few more runs and solid defense.  Every MBA starter in the game had at least one hit.  Chris Hawkins had an incredible day at the plate with 4 hits and 4 RBI.  Palmer Thombs and Ben Coulthard each had two hits.  Next up for the Big Red: Brentwood Academy.
