Big Red Score Road Win against Lipscomb

The Big Red earned a 55-51 road victory over Lipscomb on Monday night. A competitive first half saw no team lead by more than 5 as Lipscomb was able to take a four point lead into the break. However, hot shooting and timely defense in the third quarter allowed the Big Red to open up a five point lead, highlighted by a deep, buzzer-beating three by Anders Dillon to end the quarter. While the Big Red were unable to push the lead above seven, Lipscomb never had possession with a chance to tie or take the lead during the final five minutes of the game. Big shots down the stretch were hit by Bobby Moss, Caleb LeMarbre, and Anders Dillon. 

Caleb LeMarbre led the scoring with 20, while Anders Dillon added 17. Landan Left had 6 points but 10 rebounds and some key defensive plays.
