MATHCOUNTS Places Second at State Competition

MBA's MATHCOUNTS team of William Guo ('28), Briley Beck ('28), Sharvil Kolhatkar ('28), and Armaan Singhvi ('29) wrapped up a very successful season with a second place team finish at the State MATHCOUNTS Competition on Saturday, March 23rd. The team fought hard but fell just short to a strong Farragut Middle School team.
     
In addition to the strong team finish, William Guo finished in the top four in the state individually, thereby qualifying him to represent Tennessee in the National MATHCOUNTS Competition in Washington, D.C., on May 12-13, 2024.
