Mark your calendars now for Wednesday, January 23 from Noon to 1:00 pm in the Gibbs Room to attend an upcoming class sponsored by the Mothers Club and taught by Gabrielle Mittelstaedt, Health Lifestyle Expert and Chef. Gabrielle teaches classes at Gilda's Club on "Dr. Andrew Weil's 8 Weeks to Optimum Health", facilitates weekend workshops on "Healthy Choices and Festive Meals" and dinner classes at the Wild Oats Health Food Store.
