Crew Team Earns 5 Medals at the Head of the South

The MBA Crew team earned 5 medals at the Head of the South on Saturday November 9th, earning a medal in every race the team entered.

One impressive race of the day came from the Varsity 8, earning a Silver, just missing gold by one second to The Episcopal School of Jacksonville, FL.  In the end the Varsity Eight held the second fastest overall course time for the day.  The boat had the second fastest time of the 493 entries, even faster than all of the college eights.  

Additionally impressive is the Novice 4, earning their 3rd medal of the season, this boat has earned medals at three of the four regattas this season.

This is the close of the Fall Season for the Big Red Crew Team.  The will begin winter training and hit the water again this February for the Spring season.
