MBA/HH Win State One-Act Competition

MBA and Harpeth Hall combined to win the Tennessee Theatre Association's One Act competition this past weekend in Maryville, TN. The cast and crew performed George Orwell's Animal Farm winning the state in addition to first place in Technical Excellence. Senior John Powell Cooper won Best Actor honors, and senior Harrison Kidd and junior Lillian Stowe were named to the All-Star Cast.

The group will move on the Southeast Regional Theater Conference Competition in Mobile, AL in March. Encore performances of the award-winning production will be held this week in the Paschall Theater: Thursday and Friday at 6:30 and Saturday at 7. Click here to learn more about MBA's theater program.
